RELEASE AND LIABILITY AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This agreement is binding upon signature of both parties, and at time of date below. Both parties herein after agree to all parts of this

agreement as a base for mutual benefit. It is also expressly agreed that no persuassive words or promises have been used by either party

outside of this agreement, only a mutual effort and alm of helping each other. By and between:

agree that any exchange of money for shared costs, including utilities, (rental of storage space on a daily basis) and on other costs

directly incurred by my presence, to include: Propane, parking, garbage, water, electric, food, assistance with other needs like

counseling, transportation, etc. I do hereby give up any and all squatter rights that could be used to provide my housing at the herein

described address under state or federal law. I give up all rights as a tenant for a living situation because the place, building or space is

not adequate living situation due to many factors including but not limited to the fact that the address herein is the personal dwelling

of Constance Jenkins, and I am involved with her Supportive Living Experience to help me find a place to live. I agree to and accept that

my living situation is based on my willingness to cooperate with the following conditions as indicated here: No negative talk at all.

No illegal drugs. No drunkenness in public, or alcohol use. No smoking on property, or in any buildings. No loud music. No use of bad

language. Any and all belongings left in common areas are subject to lost and found, or theft and no one is liable. If personal property is

left laying around for a length of time it will be deemed according to this agreement as abandoned, and available for yard sale, or throw

away. Any abuse of elderly, child, whether physical, mental, or financial, or sexually will be reported to law enforcement for full

prosecution under the law. In addition, both parties agree to report suspicious activities without delay to the appropriate persons at the

Jenkins residance, whether caretakers, owners, etc. Gossip will not be permitted, however, crimes of concerned witnessed  must be 

reported to proper law enforcement and appropriate persons. Trading of EBT benefits is strictly prohibited. No trading of personal

belongings, money, lending, or borrowing from other guest at the address discribed herein is allowed. If a breach of this contract occurs,

and the matter goes to court, party one forfeits any rights whether through default, or claims against party two. All rights by party one to

countersue are hereby forever nullified forever barred. Any rights under the law and any judge has the right to award either

party monetary compensation, however this agreement is being signed by party one of their free will and is not under the influence of

any mind altering substance, being of legal age, and legally competent to sign with full knowledge of the fact that this emergency

agreement is part of a Supportive Living Experience, offering help to needy people, for the purpose of assisting them back on their feet 

and into permanent resident. This is not a long-term living arrangement and the space provided is for storage only. The living in any

space that is not approved by local and federal laws is strictly prohibited, and subject to immediate legal action which could result in legal

removal of party one of this agreement. It is agreed that party two is entitled to full disclosure of plans of party one regarding the move-in

of things in and out of the resident indicated in this agreement. Party one agrees to forfeit any deposit monies  paid to party two if any

or part of this agreement is breached, It is hereby understood that tap or well water from any faucet at the herein described address, is

not potable or drinkable. Party one holds party two harmless for anything that could happen to them while residing on the herein

described property, to include tripping and falling, trees falling on them, and all other possible accidents deemed by the courts as an 

that this agreement is to protect the Jenkins family, and all other associates from liabilities and unnecessary harrassment. It is not

intended to take advantage of any person or persons in need, but to assist them in a legitimate opportunity of finding assistance in the 

local  community, to include: Work, school, community activities ranging from spiritual, family counseling, health related information.

through resources found in the library, Internet etc. It is agreed that any information shared is only the expressions and beliefs of

individuals representing their own interpretation of a specific subject, and these views vary depending on the person sharing. It is

understood that any and all information learned or heard at the location described herein may not be the philosophy of Jenkins, or have

anything to do with the base that coined the vision and purpose of those managing the house of helping people in need, and sharing 

what is the legal rights of the owners to share, and the spiritual belief or practice of loving Jesus in the person of the poor and suffering.

Party one understands that party two is not able to support them, thus the least $300.00 is mandantory to be involved in the Supportive

Living Experience. This money covers basic costs for participants support, shared utility costs are not included in the $300.00

base fee for program. I understand that deposits cover my expenses and I give up all rights to any refund. I understand that any

work performed for Jenkins is an independent contractor, and not through employment by Jenkins, or any person or associate

company. Any work performed without signed contract by both parties in deemed a donation of time and talent for the mission.

By signing below, I/we fully understand all contained herein under pentalty of perjury and sign this agreement of our own free will.
